&nbsp; &nbsp; 引起发电机进相运行的原因是低谷运行时，发电机无功负荷原已处于底限，当系统电压因故突然升高或有功负荷增加时，励磁电流自动降低引起进相；</span><span style="font-family:arial">AVR(</span><span style="font-family:arial">自动电压调解器</span><span style="font-family:arial">)</span><span style="font-family:arial">失灵或误动、励磁系统及其他设备发生了故障、人为操作使励磁电流降低较多等原因都会引起进相运行。进相运行使发电机由发出感性无功功率变为吸收系统感性无功功率，定子电流由滞后于机端电压变为超前于机端电压运行。</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><b><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt">2</span></b><b><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt">、</span></b><b><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">欠励运行的危害</span></span></b><b><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5pt"></span></b></p><p><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 发电机进相运行时，发电机运行的稳定性降低，随着输出有功功率户的不同，对稳定性的影响程度也不同。在输出一定的有功功率，保持一定的稳定度情况下，机组允许在一定范围内欠励运行。欠励运行时对发电机和电力系统都会产生很大的影响，具体表现有：</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt"><span style="font-family:arial">（</span><span style="font-family:arial">1</span><span style="font-family:arial">）</span></span><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">低励或失磁的发电机，从电力系统吸收无功功率，引起电力系统电压下降。若电压下降幅度太大，将可能会导致电力系统电压崩溃而瓦解。</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt"><span style="font-family:arial">（</span><span style="font-family:arial">2</span><span style="font-family:arial">）</span></span><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">对于大型</span></span><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt">柴油发电机组</span><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">，在失磁后系统将要向其输送大量的无功电流，这将可能会引起电力系统的震荡。</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt"><span style="font-family:arial">（</span><span style="font-family:arial">3</span><span style="font-family:arial">）</span></span><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">低励或失磁的发电机进入异步运行之后，由机端观测的发电机等效电抗降低，从电力系统中吸收的无功功率增大。因此，在重负荷下失磁进入异步运行后，若不采取措施，发电机将因过电流使定子过热。</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt"><span style="font-family:arial">（</span><span style="font-family:arial">4</span><span style="font-family:arial">）</span></span><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">低励或失磁运行时，定子端部漏磁增强，将使端部和边缘铁芯过热，实际上，这一情况通常是限制发电机失磁异步运行能力的主要条件。</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">在一定条件下，欠励运行将破坏电力系统的稳定运行、威胁发电机的自身安全。</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><b><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">3</span><span style="font-family:arial">、</span></span></b><b><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">励磁系统的作用</span></span></b><b><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5pt"></span></b></p><p><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 励磁系统是维持发电机运行的核心，其作用不仅在于在发电机正常运行时，为发电机转子提供基本的磁场能量，也在于当电力系统发生突然短路或突加负荷、甩负荷时，自动对发电机进行强行励磁或强行减磁，以提高电力系统运行稳定性和可靠性，同时当发电机内部出现短路时，对发电机励磁系统绕组进行灭磁，以避免事故的扩大。因此，要求发电机运行时励磁调节器必须投入自动通道，不允许使用恒流电源或手动通道。否则，可能导致事故的发生。</span></span></p><p><b><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt">4</span></b><b><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt">、</span></b><b><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">控制欠励运行的措施</span></span></b><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"><span style="font-family:arial">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 发电机的励磁电流和定子电流的数学关系可以用著名的</span><span style="font-family:arial">V</span><span style="font-family:arial">型曲线来描述。进相运行时，转子电流的变化和定子电流的变化是正好相反的，属于</span><span style="font-family:arial">V</span><span style="font-family:arial">型曲线的前半段。正常过励时，它们的变化趋势是一致的。</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"><span style="font-family:arial">随着励磁电流的增加，发电机逐渐由欠励状态转入过励状态，定子电流则是先减小后变大，功率因数也由超前转为滞后，即存在一个理论上的定子电流较低点</span><span style="font-family:arial">(</span><span style="font-family:arial">同时也是功率因数的较高点</span><span style="font-family:arial">)</span><span style="font-family:arial">。函数整体特性类似一个开口向上的二次曲线。在较低点处；功</span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:calibri"><span style="font-family:arial">率因数为</span><span style="font-family:arial">1</span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:arial">，</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:calibri"><span style="font-family:arial">此时发电机的无功出力为</span><span style="font-family:arial">0</span><span style="font-family:arial">。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"><span style="font-family:arial">为了保证机组有一定静稳定储备和避免水轮发电机由于欠励运行造成定子端部发热，需要限制发电机的较小励磁电流，也就是相应地限制发电机的较大进相无功电流</span><span style="font-family:arial">(</span><span style="font-family:arial">或功率</span><span style="font-family:arial">)</span><span style="font-family:arial">。当电网电压波动较大，而发电机容量相对较小，并且有灵敏的励磁调节器时，甚至还可能发生因为电网电压升高，该机自动强减而失磁或自动同期并网时发生失磁，因此，需装设欠励限制器。励磁调节器</span><span style="font-family:arial">PLC</span><span style="font-family:arial">实时采集当前机组输出的有功功率和无功功率，当发电机处于进相运行，即调用欠励限制判断程序；当满足条件时，即发出欠励限制信号并限制励磁电流继续减少。</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial;font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:arial">当发电机进相运行较深，而欠励限制不能正常动作时，可能造成发电机失磁。失磁是指发电机由于励磁开关误跳或励磁回路断线，导致励磁消失。失磁属于事故，对于不允许失磁运行的发电机应立即解列或由保护动作停机，对于允许短时间失磁运行的发电机应在规定时间回复励磁，否则亦应解列。欠励限制就是防止发电机进相过深。</span></span><span style="font-family:calibri;font-size:10.5000pt"></span></p></div><a href="http://www.szkcfdj.com/" target="_blank">http://www.szkcfdj.com</a>
